We meet ringmaster Brian Crawford Scott and boss-clown Dustin Portillo, from the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus. The 141st edition of the “Greatest Show on Earth,” titled Fully-Charged, is currently filling Reliant Stadium with super-human feats of daring, parading pachyderms, snarling tigers and dazzling costumes and production numbers.
