Houston Symphony principal tuba player David Kirk performs a movement from the tuba concerto by English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams, previewing this Summer’s second concert by the Texas Music Festival Orchestra. That program, International Tour, takes place at UH's Moores Opera House.
