This weekend, we explore music from films that offer remembrance of those who gave their life for our country and our freedom. Taking a different approach, we have selected film scores that cover a wider range of national battles from the Colonial period, the battle of the Alamo, WWII, and Vietnam featuring music composed by Jerry Goldsmith, John Williams, and Carter Burwell. Join Brad Sayles this Saturday at 8pm and again Sunday at 5pm on Classical 91.7.
