Libi Lebel, Music Director of the Texas Medical Center Orchestra, gets together in our Geary Performance Studio with members of Houston’s Mariachi Los Gallitos for a preview of the joint concert, Latin Fusion, coming up Sunday afternoon at the Wortham Center
