We celebrate composer David Ashley White, director of the University of Houston's Moores School of Music! We feature an encore broadcast of the Moores School's 10th Anniversary Tribute to Dr. White, who was honored just a little over a year ago on the occasion of his decade of service and 65th birthday.
Artists from the UH Moores School of Music pay tribute to Director & Composer David Ashley White with a special concert of his own music, recorded on December 6, 2009. We hear selections from that festive program, and host St.John Flynn speaks with Dr. White, as well as his colleague Dr. Betsy Cook Weber, Director of Choral Studies.
